រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ, ថ្ងៃទី ១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ ៖ សូមជម្រាបជូនដល់សាធារណជនមេត្តាជ្រាបថា ក្រុមហ៊ុន អ អិម អេ (ខេមបូឌា) ម.ក គឺជាក្រុមហ៊ុនតែមួយគត់ដែលត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដោយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ទៅលើសិទ្ធិនាំចូល និងចែកចាយផ្តាច់មុខលើរថយន្ត គ្រឿងបន្លាស់ និងគ្រឿងតុបតែងម៉ាក “DEEPAL” និង “CHANGAN” មកកាន់ទីផ្សារព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ។

អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុននឹងចាត់វិធានការតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ចំពោះរាល់ការនាំចូល និងចែកចាយរថយន្តម៉ាក DEEPAL និង CHANGAN ដែលមានភ្ជាប់ម៉ូដែលមកជាមួយ ពីសំណាក់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឬ បុគ្គលណាដែលមិនទទួលបានសិទ្ធិនាំចូលស្របច្បាប់ ៕

RMA (Cambodia) Plc. is the exclusive company recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as holding the exclusive rights to import and distribute DEEPAL and CHANGAN vehicles, spare parts, and accessories in the Cambodian market.

Accordingly, the company will take legal action against any unauthorized importation or distribution of DEEPAL and CHANGAN vehicles, including the models illustrated below, by any company or individual that does not possess the lawful rights to import and distribute these brands.
